Delivery Timelines
• Same-day delivery within Nairobi for orders placed before 3 PM.
• 1–5 business days for deliveries outside Nairobi, depending on your location and courier schedules.
• All nationwide deliveries are handled through Speedaf Courier Services or an equivalent trusted partner.
Shipping Fees
• A flat KSh 300 delivery fee applies to all standard orders.
• The delivery fee is paid upfront to confirm and process your order.
• This fee also acts as a commitment fee, ensuring your item is reserved and dispatched on time.
Payment Terms
• Delivery fee: Paid in advance.
• Product cost: Paid on delivery.
• For nationwide deliveries, you will make the product payment at the time of collection from Speedaf or during doorstep delivery, depending on your location.
Order Processing
Once the delivery fee is received, your order is immediately processed, packed, and dispatched. You will receive updates when the item is shipped out and when it’s ready for pickup or delivery.
Shipping Issues & Delays
While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to courier schedules, weather conditions, or unexpected logistical challenges. If there’s any issue, our support team will keep you updated and assist you throughout the process.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
This aligns with our Return & Replacement Policy.
We will review the issue and assist with a replacement or exchange as outlined in that policy.
Non-Deliveries
If the customer is unavailable or unreachable during delivery, the courier may return the package to their station. Additional redelivery fees may apply based on the courier’s rules.
